LOHITHA MEDITATION (ORANGE RED MEDITATION)

Please don't do Kundalini Yoga meditation many people get mentally ill because of it. Instead of it I prefer this. I know how to do kundalini meditation correctly but may people teach it wrong and innocent people get mentally ill. Instead of It I prefer you this very safe meditation. I have experience don't be a afraid to do this at all :)

You can look at external orange red object and close your eyes. Imagine that color through your mind. No need to do kundalini yoga just imagine a pure orange red light and imagine it for hours and be relax. Don't spread your mind or think about anything keep your mind in absorption or composure on the red light.Don't think about anything just think about the red light and be calm.You can look at the imagination red light and tell from your mind red red or "Lohitha khann" persistently and relaxly to keep the concentration on a one spot.If you don't like to do that ignore it. you must be calm and relax when you imagine it. in practice it will take you to arupa dhiyana or separate from your body from mind. ya it will separate and you will fly in outer space ( it's inside our mind) No need to be afraid when you want you can concentrate to your body and come back to your body again. You need to connect that trance and get practice and make common in enter to it and coming to body, when you practice you can do it quickly in minutes.stay in that black space in your mind for less than a half a hour after you practice. You can stay there and wish to open your third eye vision this is the only way a person can open the third eye. No one can open third eye through music manthara, Any meditation will take you to composure and take you to this place of calm space. From there,,,,,there are few traces to observe they are 4 I don't know how to achieve them but I know how to go to there and I have known when you stay in that space place you will automatically connect with the other trances. Give a try ( orange red color )

Concentration calmly is the key point.

Third eye meditation (while doing your studies)






I bow and wership all the gurus behaind this meditation first .... 


To do this meditation you must take a paper and keep a dot on middle of it.  Any way the main thing is safety first.
 For a student they can keep this dot behind of their books and do this while learning. 

Look at the dot normally don’t stare  (make sure not to damage your eye and don’t look at until your eyes fill with tears) and close your eyes and look at the dot using your brain imagination from inside your mind.

Keep looking at the outside dot on the paper and close your eyes and look at that dot through imagination. Then when you lost the imagination of the dot  again open your eyes and look at the dot and take the nimitha and close your eyes and look at it through your brain imagination about 5 to 10 minutes it’s up to you until you have the brain image of the dot.

Do this exercise for minimum one hour per a day daily but don’t over do it. From about three months you will able to see around you from closed eye even in dark. You will able to
see un sheen and  you  will revel lot of hidden talents of mind.

After doing this exercise sit on a quiet place and cry to visualise the dot without looking at it for about half and hour.

If you use a RED color dot it's better.......

This meditation was thought to me by about 9 masters they can tell past future and read minds. They are expert..... They can read books from closed eyes.

Chandle light meditation. This meditation will take you to Arupa diyana .

I bow and worship all the gurus behind this meditation first .... 

To do this meditation you must take a candle and light it.  Keep it about one feet away from your eye site (don't keep it too close your eye will damage).  Keep the candle to avoid neck aches may be straight to your eye likewise you can comfortably arrange it. Any way the main thing is safety first.

 Look at the candle normally don’t stare  (make sure not to damage your eye and don’t look at until your eyes fill with tears) and close your eyes and look at the candle light using your brain imagination from inside your mind. If you point the imagination of candle light for middle of your eye brows while your eyes closed it’s better.


 Anyway the science is that candle light came inside your mind………. when you look at the outside candle light and close your eyes and see it through imagination. The main point is that imagination light came in to your mind.  


Keep looking at that outer candle light and close your eyes and look at that candle light through imagination by pointing it to middle of your eye browse as long as the imagination candle light can keep. Then when you lost the imagination of the candle light again open your eyes and look at the candle light and take the nimitha and close your eyes and look at it through your brain imagination about 5 to 10 minutes it’s up to you until you have the brain image of candle light.

Pointing the candle light to middle of your eye brows is not important if it is hard please ignore it. But if you do it It's better.

Look at around tip of the candle light then the bright light reflection will come inside when you close your eye.
