Stress in a different angle








Always a person has greed and a lot of positive stuff in this world, and they are afraid of losing them. That fear of losing them and depression about protecting them are almost stress. A person protects his loved, desired things, and they are afraid of losing them. This negative influence on the positive stuff is stress. This is a whole new different angle of describing stress for me. In this article, I will define for you how to get control of stress.

Everything is a stress as soon as we open our eyes to this world. Mostly stress is depression from work. If you desire and love the work, you will never get stressed.


In today’s world, there are many stress problem main thing is job-related. When you get too much work and dissatisfaction, you will get stressed. Stress will be fed to you and pull back your work.


Stress magnets, stress balls, and indoor sports are good ways to control stress temporarily. When you interconnect with them, your depression energy will move to it. When depression energy moves to happiness and many other things, stress will temporarily vanish.  When you move out from the stressed work, you will decrease the stress a little bit.

The best way to avoid stress is to love the work you do and be committed to it. Give the first priority to your work over others. Then you will never get depressed.
There are stress tablets and stuff for release from stress, but I won’t recommend them. I think it will build more and more stress as a mentally ill person.


Some people commit suicide because of stress. It’s actual depression. Whatever happens, never do things like that. You will lose everything. You will suffer because of stress and depression, but never suicide; it’s a bad attitude and a huge sin. The first thing is you must love yourself, and there are a lot of options.  When you are haunted with stress, you can take advice from a person or move that energy to something else, like playing or trips.


Sometimes stress is a huge obstacle for your work. Demotivation strikes when you are stressed. The best medicine for stress is music. When you listen to music, you will be in a happy state. You will avoid being depressed. The mind is the forerunner. You can control stress by yourself. More actions and thoughts or work loaded to your head, you will be stressed or depressed. More things you love to do rather than concentrated work, you will be stressed. Concentrate on your work only don’t think about other loving stuff when you work because it will bring stress.

When you are overstressed or depressed, that energy will move to anger. You will get angry at every single thing. Medicine is one way to release anger, but I won’t recommend it. It’s all about self-awareness or awareness about the situation. If you are childish and can’t be aware of the situation, you will be stressed.

When your head is overloaded with thoughts and actions of work. The first thing is you must plan how to do it, or you will be stressed. Planning is a good way to release stress, but the main thing is following and taking the plan to work to success. 








When you stay with your loved ones, stress will vanish to the air, like clouds passing by in the wind.
